Can i start Home school Between the year?
June 24th, 2009 | by |I want to be home schooled so bad! i am in between my school year and i want to start already, can i? do u know any programs that will let me? PLEASE tell me!
Oh yeah, i live in Georgia and can i plz have any website recommendations
neither of my parents have a high school diploma and are there any papers i must fill in? if yes were do i get them????

Yes, you can start homeschooling at any time during the year.
Yes, there is paperwork you need to fill out & send in to a state office (here in WI it's called the Department of Public Instruction.)
I would look for a guide book on the laws, paperwork, etc., that you need to homeschool in Georgia. Every state has their own laws, testing, and so on, so you will probably need some guidance to make sure you're doing everything legally.

You can start any time of the year. There are so many programs you can do. I was doing the ACE Paces for my daughter but she was bored so now I have text books for her grade and I make up the lesson plans for her. I love homeschooling my daughter and she loves it too. We are a Christian family and I didn't want her to be in our public middle school and have bad influences in her life. She is very socialized. That isn't true that homeschooled kids aren't socialized.
